Privacy policy

AsiaGPU is built so that the content you work with (prompts, answers, documents, pictures) never reaches our control servers or is stored unlocked. This page explains what we do and don't process, and who can see your content while it is being worked on.

What we never receive

• Your prompts, the models' answers, and the files and pictures you attach.
• Container logs of deployments on servers in private mode.

Your browser sends these to the GPU server running your model and to the data vault your workspace chose. Chats, files, knowledge bases and assistants are end-to-end encrypted while stored: they are locked in your browser with your workspace's key before they are stored, and we never have that key. Vaults also encrypt everything again on their own disk.

Who can see your content while it is used

• The GPU machine has to read your prompts, documents and recordings to work on them. Its host or data-centre operator, and anyone with administrator access to it, could copy them during that time. Our software doesn't save them to its disk or logs, but can't prevent the machine's own administrator from doing so. On your own servers, that is only your staff.
• Our gateway relays traffic to rented GPUs (not to servers in private mode). It decrypts HTTPS to route it, and doesn't store or log the content; our operators, and our network provider [Cloudflare, to be confirmed] if its proxy is used, could technically read it in transit.
• Telegram receives messages sent through the Telegram bot function, and public search engines receive your search words when you use web search.

What we process to run the service

• Account details: name, email address, a hash of your password, and sign-in records (time, IP address).
• Workspaces: names, members and roles, invitations, settings, and an activity log of actions taken.
• Machines: hardware specifications, status and uptime of GPU servers connected to the platform, and the country their hosts declare.
• Deployments: which model and functions, where they run, and usage counts (number of requests and tokens).
• Billing: credit, charges, payouts; card and bank details are handled by our payment providers, not stored by us.

Where it is stored

Control-plane data is stored in [region to be confirmed]. Chats and files are stored in the data vault each workspace chooses, in the country of that vault, or on the workspace's own server.

Service providers

• Stripe and PayPal (payments), Wise and PayPal (host payouts), and our hosting provider for the control plane [to be confirmed].
• GPU hosts run your deployments. Marketplace (Community) hosts have physical access to their machines; use the Sovereign tier or your own servers for sensitive work.

Retention and your rights

Account and workspace data is kept while your account exists and deleted [period to be confirmed] after you close it, except billing records we must keep by law. You can export or delete all your chats and files at any time under Settings. Under the personal-data laws that apply to you (for example Malaysia's and Singapore's PDPA, Thailand's PDPA, Indonesia's PDP Law, India's DPDP Act) you may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
