Terms of service
1. The service
AsiaGPU lets you deploy open-source AI models on your own GPU servers or on GPUs rented from hosts, and lets hosts rent out their GPUs. We operate the platform; hosts operate their machines.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for your account and for the people you invite to your workspaces. Workspace owners decide where the workspace's data is stored and where its AI may run.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the service, or any model deployed through it, to:
- break the law, including laws on personal data, intellectual property, and export controls;
- create sexual content involving minors, or content that incites violence or harassment;
- impersonate real people deceptively, or produce fraud or spam;
- mine cryptocurrency or attack other systems from rented machines;
- circumvent the licences of the models you deploy.
4. Payments
Rented GPUs are paid from prepaid credit, per started hour, at the host's listed price. Deployments stop when credit runs out. Hosts receive 85% of what renters pay; the platform keeps 15%. Payouts are made via Wise or PayPal once earnings reach USD 20.
5. Hosts
Hosts must own or be authorised to operate the machines they list, describe them accurately (including their country), and must not access renters' containers or data. Breaches lead to removal and withheld payouts.
6. Models and output
Models are provided by third parties under their own licences. AI output can be wrong; you are responsible for how you use it.
7. Liability
[Limitation of liability, governing law and dispute resolution to be drafted by counsel.]
